today PE was hell a lot of fun.

after school went to macdonalds at toa payoh central w poorani, shu jin, jody, pei ern,diva, nabs,sach,brenna and cheryl :D
we like conquered(sp?) the out side tables of mac:D
den after that went for training at toa payoh :p
training was AWSOME!
whooh!
we build like hell alot of muscles.
damn cooooooool :p
we did like really alot luh.
those who pon really missed the fun and the training.
tsk! too bad....

anw here's what we did.
1)warm up(2 rounds)
2)stretching
3)drills
4)some muscle building training which is damn tiring but cool;p
5)100m x5
6)warm down.
