2)stretching
3) it was raining so we did indoor conditioners(i think)
-45 sit ups
-45 leg stuff
-30 elbow stuff
-45 squats
and thats all i think.
4) it stopped raining so we went on the track 2 do leg drills.
den lightning came back :(
so went in 2 do warm down.
n den go home(:
den it started 2 rain like real heavily.
so i went hme w poorani and shu jin.
God poorani is damn GULLIBLE, i swear.
