okay today's training was dope!

heeee.

it was the least tough training this week.

we lifted weights and built muscles today!

uber coool!

and i think my calf muscles got harder :DDD

this is what we did:

1)warm up run(10mins)

2)stretching

3)lifted weights 20 x 4

4)lifted weights again 20 x 4

5)resistance running x5

6)medicine ball crap the sit ups type 15 x 4

7)superman with medicine ball 15 x 4

8)tug jumps 20 x 3

9)warm down(5mins)

10)stretching

i lift until gna fall

i actually fell once!

cz the chair thingy damn shaky.
