-ankling

-high knee

-back to school

-Bounding(sp?)

4)standing broad jump on sand

5)tirpple jump (L)

6)150mx8 VERY BEARABLE THIS TIME ^_^

7)uhm some basic stuff

-sit upsx20

-push upsx20

-some chest thingyx20

8)warm down 5 mins.

training ended at 6pm. bloody hell.

but 150mx8 wasn't very tiring.

simhong was almost died though :/

i pwn her in all of the 150mx7!

then wei ern trashed me in the last one.

another 238 then arrives.

simhong went t flag down the bus.

the bus ZOOMS past her AGAIN.

simhong:eh fug man! i dont fuggin believe it!

me:*laughs like there's no tmr*

simhong ran t catch the bus at the other bustop.

then the 3rd bus zoomes pass her again!

and she finally got on the 4th bus.
