well today was tiring, lethargic, weak whatever.

training was pretty slack tday but i was tired D:

but i didnt break my fast!

so yeah, excellent.

here's what we did:

1)warm up 10 mins

2)stretching

3)drills

4)the small steps thingy x 10

5)60m x 8(i think) x 5 relay

6)200m x 6 x 2 relay

7)400m x 6 x 1relay

8)warm down

9)HOME.

i found training super fun tday!

did 60m relay w sya sya, celynn, nabilah, desiree, juliana and joanne.

hahah we got 1st place! (:

then for the 200m did relay w sya sya, celynn, nabilah, charmaine, shayna and joanne.

we got last place.

HAHAH.

for 400m i saved their butts from doing 60m lunges.

HAHAHA, funny sia.

warm down, shujin and i were like walking.

suddenly amanda silently sprinted up behind us then me and shujin chiong the front.
