aw man.

fasting month's over ):

okay it maybe a happy thing but honestly, i'm going to miss it very much.

the amount of food, the exchange of food, preperation, awesome neighbours, going to the mosque, resisting temptations, personal bests during training.............

sighs.

its really sad.

well my reflections for the month.

i went for ALL the trainings(but i didn't train for two ): ) during the fasting month!

i didn't use fasting as an excuse and skip training!

i am awesome.

i managed to get 2 personal bests during training.

i managed to survive long runs during training.

i managed to push myself hard during training.

i am very proud of myself.

VERY.

i owe one day now.

c'mon arinah, be strong.

you shouldn't have broke it.

its okay, next year i shall push harder.

things to improve on:

-curse less (needs ALOT of improvment)

-go to the mosque often

-stop d..... uhm nevermind for this one

-sleep more! ^^

i guess that's about it.

overall, i love the fasting month.

looking forward to next year's!

today was just excellent.

i woke up at 2.30pm and was late for tution.

got back at 3.45pm and slept again till 6.30pm.

relatives came over, talked and then broke fast.

whooh tday's food was just ..................................

i ate like some glutton.

tsk.

after that prayed and then played w light sticks!

then we played sparklers!

wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.

okay fun fun fun.
